 We have an excellent opportunity for a HR Specialist to join our client an Irish based life assurance company with Headquarters in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

The HR Generalist provides specific Human Resources service to the Business, HR and Group Stakeholders. The HR Generalist is the main focal point for all matters regarding Payroll Administration, Management Reporting, Vendor Relationship Management for Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment, HR Policy and Procedures and Employee relations. The HR generalist is also the main point of contact for AZ Group processes such as AES, LEAD, HR Metrics, Global Mobility. • Manage and Maintain the daily, weekly, monthly and annual cycle of activity of HR Operations • Reporting – Responsible for the accurate delivery and coordination of the annual Group HR Reporting cycle • Responsible for the delivery of accurate HR metrics to the business such as D&I, absenteeism, H&S ,along with other Management Reporting from which may be required. • Responsible for the provision of monthly and regular HR reporting to the business ( e.g. Payroll, Financial Reports) • Responsible for the delivery of salary surveys and other relevant surveys (IDA) for regulatory and business purposes. • Responsible for overseeing the Company recruitment process ensuring including the adherence to relevant Company policies such as D&I Lead key aspects of the recruitment process for the business by liaising with relevant 3rd party agencies , candidates and internal stakeholders • Oversee the interview process up to (Management positions) ensuring compliance with Company and HR best practice • Promote data integrity and GDPR within the Company by taking on specific roles and responsibilities such as Company Privacy Champion for HR • Promote adherence to Company and Group HR policies along with local Employment Law and best practice by facilitating regular HR awareness workshops with Management and employees • Manage the payroll administration process for AGL and Darta ensuring accuracy of payroll submissions to HRBP for checking • Oversee and manage the data inflow process for monthly payroll ensuring internal HR and Company processes and procedures are adhered to at all times. • Manage monthly pension, VHI, and payroll reporting timelines for internal and external stakeholders ensuring compliance with company procedures • Ensure accurate and timely provision of Compensation and Benefit data to relevant vendors ( Irish Life, Laya, VHi) ensuring integrity of information, and adherence to external vendor deadlines for vesting and invoicing processes. • Compensation and Benefits – Responsible for managing the day to date relationships of 3rd party vendors for Pension, Healthcare, Payroll and other external stakeholders

The Ideal Candidate for this role:

• Relevant Qulaifiacation in Human Resource Management • Experience as a HR Generalist (2- 3 years+ experience) • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Ability to manage day to day, monthly and annual operations in conjunction with strategic HR projects
