Project Manager - Healthcare

A prestigious Global Consulting form is expanding it's Cork team due to growing demand from it's clients. Working alongside and as part of a multidisciplinary team you will be responsible for managing and delivering a range of projects for its Healthcare clients. You will ideally bring relevant experience from similar roles in the Healthcare sector along with a proven background in areas such as Business Consulting, Project Management and Operational Excellence. About the Job:

Work as part of multi-disciplinary teams to deliver and manage business transformation projects in the following areas:
  • programme and project management
  • business process improvement (including Lean);
  • strategy review and planning;
  • capacity and demand reviews;
  • organisation structure review and design;
  • change management; and
  • working onsite with clients implementing programmes of change, including but not limited to:
  • assisting with the development of strategies and undertaking strategic reviews;
  • driving best practice in operational excellence in healthcare;
  • providing project management and Quality Improvement support to large healthcare organisations; and
  • providing industry insights and subject matter advise to clients and colleagues; and preparing formal reports and report presentations.

    About You:

  • prior consulting experience in a professional services environment, or significant project management experience in a healthcare environment;
  • a minimum of 3 - 5 years’ health sector experience;
  • appropriate health or business qualification with strong academic record;
  • strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to professional and client service excellence. The ability to develop good working relationships is critical; and
