Our client is a leading International Manufacturing and Distribution business with its main European Warehouse / Office based in Cork. A key role has opened for the post of Office Manager. The Office Manager will organise and coordinate office administration and procedures, to ensure organisational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing intra-departmental communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, staff supervision and task delegation. They will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks, be well organised, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a busy office.


• Proven office management experience of at least 5 years • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organisational and planning skills • Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices. • Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures • Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures • Knowledge of business and management principles • Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages • Knowledge of SAGE is an advantage • Proficient in MS Office • Accounts Assistant
