Level 2/3 Support Engineer

Our client, a global multinational manufacturing company are looking to recruit a Level 2/3 Support Engineer on a full time and permanent basis. This is a very hands-on, technical role. The successful candidate will support the computing, printing, and mobile infrastructure environment.The individual will support the Operational Engineer Service Level Agreements for EMEA IT systems, and supports level two technical issues associated Desktop, printing, and mobile issues. Working with the compliance team to ensure ITIL asset management procedures are followed.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for EMEA End User Computing Infrastructure incidents and service requests • Support and buildout of IT Workstations and Computing Infrastructure solutions, including VDI. • Support the network and security solutions team to identify and resolve operational issues as required • Contribute to IT Infrastructure related projects

Required skills and experience

• BS in Engineering, IT or Computer Science or relevant experience • Five years of IT experience, two within operations management and field support for IT management. • Willing to learn new skills, open to change, adaptable, and customer focused For more information, please contact Sarah Mac Nulty or click to apply!
