Brightwater Executive has been retained exclusively for this Purchase to Pay Global Lead Role. Joining a rapidly growing centre of excellence hub, the P2P Lead will be instrumental in building and leading out a best-in-class function. Reporting directly in the MD based in Ireland, you will be responsible for leading a best-in-class procurement operations team across accounts payable and transactional procurement services. Driving strong SLA performance across their internal global client network and driving efficiencies through strategic ERP enhancements and continuous improvement set goals. The P2P Lead will:

• Manage and lead the daily procurement operations of this Centre of Excellence. • Design, evaluate, implement and oversee the end-to-end business processes for their group procurement operations. • Work closely with other Global Process owners in the P2P functions to ensure alignment of procurement operations activities to strategic sourcing priorities and activities. • Conduct continuous improvement initiatives for procurement operations processes, utilizing best practice industry benchmarks. • Work closely with internal leaders and directors to share updates regarding procurement services and. • Monitor capacity, pacing, resourcing issues and set clear team goals for the function.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 7 – 10 years’ experience in a similar role across Procurement Services, Strategic Sourcing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, finance business partnering disciplines), preferably in a centre of excellence, global shared services environment. • Natural lead with strong experience managing in managing team of 20 plus staff. • Adept in procurement operations work processes with sound knowledge across payables, purchasing, auditing, supply chain processes. • Strong interpersonal and communication with ability to manage cross functional stakeholder and teams across of levels of the organization. • Strong analytical and time management skills. • Can do attitude, solution oriented, customer focused with an ability to be adaptable, agile and be very comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with SAP a distinct advantage.
