The Role

No two days are the same, but as a Recruitment Consultant you will enjoy a varied, fast-paced role where you will:

Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and build long-term relationships
Source, engage, and assess top talent across a variety of industries
Expand and develop existing clients while targeting new opportunities through Business Development
Manage and guide candidates through the interview process, ensuring a seamless experience
Negotiate offers and play a pivotal role in securing career-defining opportunities for candidates
Attend industry events, grow your network, and establish yourself as a market expert

What We're Looking For

3+ years' recruitment experience, ideally with proven success in a specialist market
A strong work ethic, resilience, and the drive to succeed in an autonomous yet highly supportive environment
A passion for thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced, and success-oriented culture
Excellent negotiating skills with the ability to balance client and candidate needs
High emotional intelligence, empathy, and creative problem-solving ability
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence to engage at all levels
