A proven track record of success in general banking, finance, or corporate transactions, with a strong preference for experience in Debt Capital Markets.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail in relation to offering circulars, prospectuses, and transaction documentation.
A strong commercial acumen and a results-oriented approach to meeting client needs and transaction deadlines.
A deep understanding of relevant financial regulations (e.g., EU Prospectus Regulation, MiFID II, etc.) is highly desirable.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and foster strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
