About the Role

Are you a detail-oriented governance professional ready to play a pivotal role in a dynamic global enterprise? We are seeking an experienced, proactive Corporate Secretarial & Compliance Associate to join our fast-paced Legal Compliance team.

In this role, you will be at the heart of our corporate operations—managing multi-jurisdictional governance, streamlining entity administration, supporting board activities, and ensuring high-standard compliance across our global corporate network.

What You Will Do

  • Entity Management & Structure: Maintain multi-jurisdictional entities (directorships, share transfers, dividend declarations, economic substance filings) and manage Blueprint software to generate clean, accurate corporate structure charts.

  • Governance & Board Support: Organize board and committee meetings, coordinate written resolutions, and ensure timely, accurate authorizations across Group entities.

  • Global Coordination: Work directly with corporate service providers and company secretaries across international jurisdictions to handle incorporations, annual general meetings, and CRO filings.

  • Compliance & Onboarding: Manage Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, coordinate internal authorization processes (TAG), and roll out Code of Conduct training via our computer-based platform.

  • Special Projects: Assist the Legal Compliance team and senior management on ad-hoc strategic initiatives and key corporate events.

What Success Looks Like

  • Flawless Execution: Delivering high-quality, precise corporate documentation and entity records on time.

  • Proactive Board Support: Seamlessly scheduling meetings and distributing clear, well-prepared board packs well ahead of deadlines.

  • Trusted Partnership: Providing dependable, expert day-to-day support to the Legal Compliance team and executive leadership.

What You Bring

  • Education: Undergraduate degree in Law, Business, or a related discipline.

  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on corporate secretarial/governance experience within an in-house legal department, law firm, or corporate service provider.

  • Professional Qualifications: CGI (Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland / ICSA) qualification or equivalent formal corporate secretarial training is strongly preferred.

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Blueprint corporate database software, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and modern digital governance platforms.

  • Core Competencies: Outstanding multi-tasking skills, sharp attention to detail, and proven experience coordinating board meetings, AGMs, and global statutory filings.

Why Join Us?

We value Integrity, Excellence, Innovation, and Collaboration. We offer an agile, international workplace culture where your contributions directly shape our global operations and governance frameworks.
