Funds Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent fund launches, managing project plans, milestones, dependencies, and deadlines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external service providers to ensure successful implementation.
• Oversee launch readiness, risk management, regulatory requirements, and product data accuracy.
• Manage ongoing fund lifecycle events, including share class launches, registrations, restructurings, mergers, and liquidations.
• Track project progress, resolve issues, and ensure smooth post-launch transitions.
• Identify opportunities to improve product processes and operational efficiency.

Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of the fund lifecycle, UCITS frameworks, and ETF operating models.
• Proven experience in fund launches, product implementation, or investment operations.
• Demonstrated project and change management experience in asset management.
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and deliver against tight deadlines.

Qualifications & Background

• Significant experience in asset management, fund operations, or product management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
