An exciting opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join a growing financial services team in Limerick.
This role will suit a QFA-qualified or progressing professional with experience in the Irish mortgage market, who is passionate about helping clients achieve their homeownership goals through high-quality, compliant advice.
You will manage the full mortgage journey, from initial consultation through to drawdown, working with a range of lenders and stakeholders to deliver an excellent client experience. Dedicated administrative support will allow you to focus on advising clients and progressing applications efficiently.
Provide regulated mortgage advice in line with Central Bank of Ireland requirements.
Conduct client fact-finds and affordability assessments.
Advise on first-time buyer, mover, switcher and remortgage solutions.
Manage mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to drawdown.
Maintain accurate client records in line with AML, GDPR and compliance requirements.
Achieve agreed sales and service targets while maintaining a client-first approach.
Keep up to date with lender criteria, market developments and regulatory changes.
Complete ongoing CPD to maintain professional qualifications.
QFA qualified, working towards QFA, or APA qualified.
Ideally 3–5 years’ experience advising on mortgages within the Irish market.
Strong knowledge of Irish mortgage products, lender criteria and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Professional, ethical and client-focused.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Brokerage or multi-lender experience is desirable.
Knowledge of mortgage protection, life cover and income protection is an advantage.
