Due entirely to expansion, we are now looking for recruitment consultants to help grow our brand.

You will be responsible for helping Brightwater achieve our mission: “To be the best in Ireland.” You will do this by finding the best fit for your clients, people that will enable your clients to grow and develop their companies. What’s involved? Advising and consulting with clients and candidates, interviewing applicants, attending and running events, marketing your operation, building your brand and negotiating to get the best.
The requirements: you should be of graduate calibre with 1 to 3 years’ full-time professional experience in whatever your field. The gravy: you’re competitive, brave and thrive in a dynamic, noisy, positive, happy and success-oriented environment.
