About the Company

Our Client, a leading client consultancy are looking  to expand their company secretary team.
Working as part of a tight proactive team, this role will allow for a hybrid work

As a Company Secretary, you will join a well-established & structured team 
 

About the Role

As Company Secretary:
  • Coordinate, schedule, attend and minute Board & Committee meetings.
  • Ensure the efficient collation, preparation and distribution of Board & Committee papers, draft minutes, matters arising, board resolutions and finalising same.
  • Coordinate and ensure completion of statutory and regulatory filings, maintain statutory books and records (incl. B1 annual returns, beneficial ownership register and annual financial statements).
  • Co-ordinating execution of legal agreements, sealing of documents and maintaining register of sealed documents and documents for ratification by the board.
  • Co-ordinate and minute Designated Person and Executive meetings.
  • Arrange board training on matters such as AML, Cyber security, regulatory change, as required.
 
As Company Secretary
  • Practice in creating, amending and formatting legal documents and templates.
  • Managing, filing, proof-reading and drafting documents and responses to legal & regulatory queries.
  • Assist in transaction management by tracking deadlines and outstanding matters.
