BIM Co-Ordinator  – Dublin

About the Company
One of Irelands most exciting consultants, who specialise in design for clients in industrial, pharmaceutical, commercial and transport sectors, are currently looking to recruit a BIM Coordinator for their expanding team in Dublin. They have seen extensive growth across their functions in Ireland, UK and Europe and are now looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual who has strong Revit experience.

About the Position
Working closely with projects managers, you will be involved in design projects from industrial to commercial and energy related. You will use your skills in Revit and BIM 360 and you will be involved with a large multi-discipline team of engineers.  You will also be required to plan and organise the overall 3D model, 4D production planning and quality assurance on BIM models and drawings.

Experience/Requirements 
Within this role you will be involved in

• Detailed design across their commercial and industrial projects
•  Experience working with Architectural, Structural and MEP disciplines within the Data centre, Pharmaceutical and bio-medical sectors
• Work closely with the project engineer
• Create 3D models for various industries.
• Site visits on occasion to monitor installation.
• Compiling project reports and reporting to senior management
• Providing Technical back‐up and support to clients

• Degree/Diploma in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Architectural/Civil)
• Knowledge of Autocad, Revit and 3D design
•  Experience in creating and verifying 3D models from point clouds
• A creative mindset
• Any exposure to 4D would be an advantage.
• The desire to develop a career in this engineering sector
