Salesforce (CRM) Administrator, National Charity
Are you ready to make a difference in the people’s lives? An esteemed National Charity are seeking a dedicated and skilled Salesforce (CRM) Administrator to play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing their CRM system.
You'll collaborate across departments to ensure their existing CRM supports strategic goals. You’ll manage custom objects, create reports, maintain workflows, and provide technical support.
Responsibilities:
Enhance and manage custom objects, fields, workflows, and views
Create, maintain, and customize reports, dashboards, and CRM objects
Document Salesforce processes and workflows
Collaborate with departments to optimize CRM and drive improvements
Maintain data integrity through database maintenance tasks
Liaise with external technical partners/consultants
Provide user support
Develop training modules
Requirements:
Proven Salesforce Administration experience
Proficiency in data integration tools and Salesforce customization
Excellent communication and user support abilities
Experience in report development and capturing functional requirements
BA/BS or Masters in Computer Science or related field
Salesforce Certified Admin qualification
Familiarity with MS Power BI
