My client is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Investment Manager to join their dynamic team in Dublin. As a Senior Investment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing a substantial book of assets, primarily focusing on High Net Worth (HNW) clients in Ireland and Europe. You will have significant discretion in managing client portfolios, backed by robust research and support from the UK headquarters.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct discretionary fund management, exercising a high level of autonomy in portfolio decisions.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of assets, with a focus on High-net-worth clients.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, with a strong emphasis on client retention and satisfaction.
• Drive organic client growth through referrals and networking activities.
• Collaborate with UK-based research teams to inform investment decisions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior team members.
• Lead portfolio reviews and adjust investment strategies as necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Chartered Wealth Manager designation preferred.
• 7 to 15 years of experience in investment management, with a focus on High Net Worth clients.
• Proven track record of successfully managing client portfolios and achieving strong investment returns.
• Strong understanding of discretionary fund management and asset allocation strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in the financial services industry.
• Experience working with CRM systems and investment research tools
