About the Company
Our client a leading aviation leasing company based in Dublin are recruiting a Finance Manager within their finance team. This person will manage financial reporting and accounting as well as managing teams.

About the Position
Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processes for the month-end, quarterly and statutory reporting processes.
• Optimise the finance function through driving process efficiencies in the month end, quarterly and statutory reporting processes leading to enhanced reporting capability and enhanced data insights.
• Lead, motivate and manage team members through proactive goal setting, guidance, and coaching.
• Responsible for identifying and managing risk and ensuring the operation of a strong controls’ environment.
• Build cross functional relationships to develop communication and influence across the business.
• Communicate key areas of financial judgement to the Financial Controller, Head of Finance, and other key stakeholders across the business.

• Qualified ACA / ACCA or equivalent with minimum 4-years post qualified experience.
• Aircraft leasing experience in a financial reporting role.
• Good exposure to US GAAP, IFRS and SOx compliance.
• Experience leading, mentoring and developing a team.
• Have strong organisational, project management and prioritisation skills to deliver tasks for themselves and their team.
• Highly detail oriented, deadline driven and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of working with cross functional teams across time zones, to tight deadlines and under own initiative.

• Salary €90,000 – 120k depending on experience.
