HR Business Partner

About the Position

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role offers an experienced HR Business Partner with global experience, an incredible opportunity to undertake strategic and engaged HR partnerships with an international and dynamic client group. This will be a varied role facing off to function heads, where exceptional stakeholder engagement will be key. This will be an operational role including varied project involvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and actively participate in key HR programmes to ensure delivery of the HR roadmap and to collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure consistency of HR brand and message.
  • Work alongside the HR Business Partnering team in developing the talent pipeline, taking a lead role in talent sourcing and attraction and acting as the key liaison with our recruitment partners.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with the business, ensuring a full understanding of key business and people issues that will enable the provision of expert input to the business.
  • Coach line managers on the application of HR tools and processes to ensure effective organisation design effectiveness, optimum employee performance, improved employee engagement and the delivery of a robust employee experience.
  • Utilise data, understand trends and provide insights from the business into the design of key HR programmes/solutions and to work with the business to implement and embed agreed HR solutions effectively.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to ensure change management initiatives are well executed and supported by a comprehensive communications and engagement plan.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with business leaders in your client group, ensuring a full understanding of key business and people issues that will enable the provision of expert input to the business.

Experience/Requirements

  • Third level degree in HR, Psychology or equivalent studies and experience
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with business leaders in your client group, ensuring a full understanding of key business and people issues that will enable the provision of expert input to the business
  • 5- 8 years HRBP experience in a global environment.
  • A proven track record in strong commercial business partnering and collaboration with senior business leaders in a fast moving business environment
  • Experience in navigating employment law, supporting development, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations in an international environment.
  • Flexibility to deal with multiple, changing & sometimes competing priorities while retaining a focus on customer experience.
  • Ability to manage own time and workload, juggling conflicting priorities.

Remuneration Package

€65,000- €90,000 plus an unrivaled benefits package
