Key Responsibilities

• Executes all phases of the audit process for assigned audits to the required Group.
• Maintains a strong understanding of key business risks in the areas covered, including emerging risks.
• Awareness of significant developments within the financial services industry and applies knowledge to internal audit activity.
• Establishes strong risk assessments and audit programmes for the audits covered.
• Works with management as they develop action plans which address issues.
• Assist in tracking action plans to ensure timely resolution.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders throughout audit missions. 

Experience/Requirements

• Recently qualified Accountant with 0-2 years PQE.
• Min. 3 years in Big 4 environment or Internal Audit in Financial Services industry
• Significant knowledge of audit practices and techniques
• Life Insurance experience is an advantage but not essential.

Remuneration Package

• €60,000 - €65,000 
• 10% completion bonus at the end of the 12 month contract
