Customer Service Representative

Looking  for a Customer Service Representative with at least one years experience in Personal Lines  and APA qualified to work for a leading Irish Insurance company based in Dublin. This is a hybrid role offering competitive bonus and other great benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Deal with all personal lines queries , including Renewals, and after sales customer enquiries
• Build rapport with customers
• Retain existing business and work towards renewal retention targets
• Deal with all customer requests in an efficient manner
• Provide a high level of customer service

• Experience/Requirements

• At least one years experience in Personal Lines and must be APA qualified
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage daily tasks
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
• Ability to work within a fast paced environment  
• Applied system (Relay) knowledge an advantage
• Clear & proficient communication and negotiation skills
