About the Job
Your day to day client advise will include domestic and international companies on all aspects of employment taxes e.g. tax-free employee incentives, BIK, share-based remuneration plans, termination/redundancy payments, PAYE health checks and Revenue audit support.
Key Responsibilities
- All aspects of global mobility e.g. inbound and outbound cross-border employment arrangements, supporting clients with "remote worker" situations ensuring clients remain fully compliant with tax, social security, payroll and other in-country requirements
- Review expatriate tax returns and manage compliance engagements.
- Immigration obligations
Experience/Requirements
- You are AITI / CTA qualified or equivalent.
- You have at least 5/7 years taxation experience in the areas of personal tax, employment tax and global mobility.
- People, team, and project leadership experience.
- You have experience reviewing personal tax returns for internationally mobile employees and associated applications.
- You have experience in managing PAYE Revenue audits and compliance checks.
- You have excellent client facing skills and enjoy working in a collaborative team structure.
- You are an organised self-starter and a reliable and enthusiastic team player.
- You like to be efficient and meet deadlines and encourage others to the same.
- You are driven, ambitious and passionate about your continuous personal and professional growth.
