Management Accountant 

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and review of monthly management accounts
• Providing financial control type services to clients
• Emphasis on investigating gross margin variances.
• Detailed reporting of monthly financial results for discussion with clients.
• Implementing plans to improve margin and reduce costs.
• Budget Management of client’s businesses and reconciling same with performance.
• Managing one member of staff to support day to day operations.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.
• Preparation of annual, quarterly, and monthly forecasts.
• Processes as well as addressing developments and proposals.

Key Requirements:

• 4 to 5 years relevant month end management accounting experience.
• Previous experience in an outsourcing environment an advantage.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and delegation capabilities.
• Strong reporting skills, ambitious and eager to progress.
• Strong leadership skills with an ability to supervise team members.
• Strong attention to detail with an ability to use own initiative.

Remuneration Package €60,000 to €70,000
