We are looking for a highly organized and discreet individual to join our dynamic team as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
In this pivotal role, you will be the CEO's right hand, ensuring the smooth operation of their office and acting as a trusted confidante. You will excel at managing the CEO's schedule, communications, and confidential information, while anticipating their needs and proactively providing solutions.
What you will do:
Be the first point of contact for the CEO's office, handling inquiries and requests with professionalism and discretion.
Manage the CEO's calendar, meticulously scheduling meetings and appointments with high-level personnel.
Stay on top of the CEO's communication needs, prioritizing and handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence efficiently.
Draft presentations and speeches in collaboration with the CEO, ensuring clear and impactful communication.
Coordinate meetings for the CEO and senior management team, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up.
Maintain a comprehensive filing system for sensitive CEO documents.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges as they arise.
You are a great fit if you have:
Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
Discretion and a commitment to confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience working in a similar fast-paced environment.
