Commercial Manager

Newly created role for an experienced Commercial Manager to work for a leading Waste Management company.  As well as managing and developing the Sales team you will also be responsible for  delivering the sales strategy in order to  grow the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and suppor the existing sales team to ensure that their sales performance is maximised, and individual sales targets are met.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure that lead generation activities turn into sales appointments and drive conversion rates.
• Work closely with the operational and finance teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process and  setup of initial customer interactions.
• Prepare and complete Tenders both for the Public and Private sectors
• Regular sales reporting to the SLT

Experience/Requirements

• Strong experience managing sales team ​​​​​​​

• Key account management experience

• CRM system experience

• Tender preparation experience
