Internal Sales Executive

New oppportunity for an Internal Sales Executive to join a leading distributor of bathroom and plumbing equipment based in Dublin West. In this role you will be part of a busy sales team dealing with inbound calls and queries and on-site customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer and trade enquiries via phone, email, and website; provide product advice, after-sales support, and assist with pricing and availability queries.
• Generate quotations, sales orders, and invoices
• Conduct outbound sales calls, promote products, support field sales reps, and drive office-based proactive selling to increase revenue.
• Create and review sales reports, manage Proof of Delivery documentation, and investigate order or delivery issues, raising reorders or credit notes as needed

Experience/Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
