Business Development Representative

I’m  looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative to play a key role in bringing premium products and solutions to top interior designers and architects. If you’re a natural at consultative selling, thrive on uncovering customer needs, and enjoy being out in the field driving business growth, this is your opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking company at the heart of the creative industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, and design firms to promote and sell premium products and solutions.
  • Identify client needs and present tailored solutions, using a consultative sales approach to align product offerings with design visions and project goals.
  • Proactively generate new business leads, schedule meetings, and conduct in-person visits to grow market presence and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and project developments, providing expert advice and positioning the company as a valuable partner in the design process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery, share market insights, and contribute to ongoing product and service improvement.

Experience/Requirements

  • At least three years sales and business development experience preferably selling into architects and interior designers  
  • A proven ability to come up with innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • A full clean driving licence
