Our client is a large consultancy company who specialise in the personal and commercial insurance sector. They are one of Ireland’s largest employers and have a large global presence in the area of insurance.
About the Position
Working closely with the Surveying Director, you will become a central support in providing consulting advice and expertise in the area of surveying for a number of their commercial clients. You will manage a number of projects, based across the country and you will work with clients to manage the risk on large properties, cranes and structures. Experience/Requirements
Within this role you are will:

Provide Engineering Surveys for commercial projects as well as large industrial cranes, as described in the appropriate standard(s) and related competency level and assess loss potentials in accordance with agreed definitions, communicated by detailed written reports.

Support external customers by identifying, assessing and providing effective advice on risk management issues to reduce individual risk.

Provide appropriate surveying and risk improvement advice, support loss investigations, and implement risk improvement programs.

Develop written risk assessment reports that comply with company standards.

Work closely with clients and business partner relationships and collaborate with both to develop service plans.
For this role you are required to have:
-
5 years experience in Engineering, Surveying or Construction
-
A qualification in Health & Safety
-
Experience in engineering and construction projects
-
Contractor/Consulting experience
-
A full drivers license
Remuneration Package
The client offers an excellent package along with benefits. They also offer pension, a car allowance and healthcare. They have also incorporated a hybrid model and, as this is a senior role, you will be responsible for your location of work on a needs must basis.
