People Partner

Our client is seeking a confident and collaborative HR Business Partner to join their Dublin-based team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and wants to make a real impact on both local and global HR initiatives.
You'll play a key role in shaping the employee experience across the Dublin office—partnering with managers, championing our people strategy, and ensuring a high standard of HR service delivery.

You’ll join a collaborative HR team that is well-established and respected across the business. You’ll have exposure to a broad range of activities—strategic and operational—with support from global HR colleagues and the opportunity to develop your skills in a high-performing, purpose-led environment.

Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment with a focus on quality and pace
  • Embed inclusive hiring practices and support workforce planning conversations
  • Guide line managers on retention strategies and internal mobility
Talent Development & Learning
  • Support succession planning and talent identification
  • Promote career development conversations and learning plans
  • Lead initiatives that build leadership and team capabilities
Employee Relations & Performance
  • Advise and coach managers on employee relations issues with empathy and professionalism
  • Foster a positive employee relations culture and proactive issue resolution
  • Lead and optimise the performance management cycle
Compensation & Reward
  • Partner with internal reward specialists to ensure market-aligned packages
  • Support the delivery of competitive reward and retention strategies
Projects & Strategic HR Initiatives
  • Collaborate on local and global HR projects—spanning change, policy, systems and engagement
  • Support continuous improvement across the HR function
  • Help shape policies that reflect both best practice and our business priorities

Experience Required
  • Minimum of 3 years HR Business Partner experience, ideally in a matrixed or fast-paced financial services environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and coaching skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and commercial mindset
  • A relevant third-level qualification in HR or related field
  • Experience in professional or financial services is a plus



Remuneration Package:
An attractive compensation package ranging from €60,000 to €70,000 is offered, complemented by a comprehensive suite of benefits including healthcare, pension contributions, performance-related bonus, life assurance, gym membership, and more.
