Agri Sales Manager

I’m looking for an experienced sales professional with a passion for agriculture to join a leading agri-business based in North Cork as an Agri Sales Manager.  In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop sales strategy and drive commercial success as well as leading a skilled team committed to delivering exceptional service and results. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow sales while fostering strong, long-term relationships with customers
• Oversee logistics and supply chain activities to ensure seamless operations
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers, staying ahead of market trends and industry developments
• Inspire and lead a high-performing team, contributing to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

Experience/Requirements

• A qualification in Agricultural Science or a related discipline
• Demonstrated success in agricultural sales, logistics, or supply chain management
• In-depth knowledge of the agricultural sector, with a strong understanding of dairy and beef industries
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
