HR Business Partner – Broad Generalist Role | €70–75k + Bonus + Benefits | Hybrid (2 days office)
A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join its small, agile HR team. Reporting to the newly promoted Head of HR, this role offers full generalist scope and real ownership across strategic and operational HR.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partnering with senior leaders on people strategy, performance, and organisational development
- Leading on talent management, L&D, engagement, and internal communications
- Owning end-to-end recruitment, including intern and graduate programmes
- Coordinating compensation reviews, benchmarking, and bonus processes
- Managing payroll inputs and benefits administration
- Driving wellbeing, DE&I, and global mobility initiatives
- Updating policies, managing HR reporting and leveraging SAP SuccessFactors
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years’ HRBP experience, ideally in financial/professional services
- Strong coaching, communication, and influencing skills
- Comfortable working independently in a lean environment
- Systems-savvy (SuccessFactors experience a plus), with strong reporting and analytical skills
