Internal Sales Engineer

About the Position

Key Responsibilities

• Deal with incoming enquiries from our customer base and also supporting our external sales staff.
• Selection and Preparation of quotations/tenders for Valves, Pumps, Actuators and Spare Parts to strict deadlines.
• Administration and management of customers’ orders. This would involve dealing with our main suppliers, purchasing and chasing deliveries.
• Provide after sales support to our customer base - trouble shooting, complaints and warranty issues.
• Assist with the day-to-day activities of a busy office.
• Ability to work as part of a small team.

Experience/Requirements

• Experience in selling Engineering equipment.
• Young & Enthusiastic.
• Strong technical background, certificate or diploma level in Engineering
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Experience with D365 ERP system.
• Experience in a similar type of role would be a distinct advantage.
• Full training will be provided across our product range both in house and externally with our key suppliers.

Remuneration Package

• Salary €35,000-€50,000 (D.O.E.)
• Up to 12% bonus
