About the Role

This is a pivotal role within our Forensic & Investigation Services team, perfect for a seasoned professional ready to take the lead on a diverse range of assignments. You'll be instrumental in delivering high-quality results and supporting the continued success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex workplace investigations and protected disclosure investigations from inception to completion.
  • Prepare comprehensive project reports and outputs, ready for Director or Partner-level review.
  • Contribute to a variety of internal programs, including training, recruitment, and other HR initiatives.
  • Support business development efforts, including crafting tender documents, executing marketing campaigns, and delivering compelling client pitches.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
  • Manage the financial and commercial aspects of your unit, including forecasting, invoicing, debtor management, and budget oversight.

About You

You're a highly skilled and motivated individual with a proven track record in workplace investigations. You possess exceptional analytical and communication skills, coupled with a strong commercial mindset.

Your Profile:

  • Extensive experience conducting workplace investigations and protected disclosure investigations.
  • Desirable knowledge of broader employee relations, employment law, and HR topics.
  • Proven ability to manage a team while successfully delivering multiple assignments for a diverse client base.
  • Excellent report writing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A natural ability to build trusted relationships with clients and intermediaries, combined with strong commercial acumen.
  • A strong work ethic and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
