National Account Manager

I am looking for an experienced National Account Manager to work for a leading FMCG company based in Dublin.  In this role, you will be responsible for growing sales with Key retail accounts, both Multiples and Convenience stores. To do this you will need to build and develop strong relationships with key contacts while also meeting profitability and budget targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture strong partnerships with key accounts to elevate brand presence and drive growth

  • Forge and maintain strong  relationships with buyers

  • Lead the development, negotiation, and execution of annual joint business plans, identifying fresh commercial and category opportunities

  • Own full P&L responsibility for the brand, driving both commercial success and client satisfaction

  • Ensure timely execution of NPD listings, promotional campaigns, and all other elements within Joint Business Plans

Key requirements
  • Minimum of three years' experience in FMCG sales, ideally in a Key Account Manager (KAM) or National Account Manager (NAM) role
  • Track record of developing, negotiating, and successfully delivering a full Joint Business Plan lifecycle
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results across key performance indicators
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a results-driven environment and is comfortable with individual ownership and accountability
Remuneration Package
€60 - 75,000 per annum
