HR Business Partner
📢
We're hiring: HR Business Partner | Dublin South |
Long term contract with a view to permanency |
💰
€70–75k + bonus & full benefits |
🏢
Hybrid (2 days/week in office)
Are you a strategic HR professional ready to make an impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? This is a brilliant opportunity to join our client, a financial services entity based in south Dublin, offering the best of both worlds: an agile SME feel backed by the strength and structure of a global financial services leader.
We’re looking for a
credible and articulate HR Business Partner
to join our client’s close knit HR team. The HR function is seen as a real value-add in the business with the CEO’s backing, but still lots of opportunity to innovate and influence.
This role has come about as the current HRBP is transitioning into a new role. Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll be central to both the
strategic
and
operational
delivery of HR, with high visibility across the business and the Group.
The role
:
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership across employee engagement, talent management, succession planning, and performance development.
Lead and manage key HR initiatives and group-aligned projects – from strategic workforce planning to policy reviews.
Guide organisational change and build out talent and succession frameworks – there’s lots of potential here to add your stamp.
Support and influence on topics like Fitness & Probity, MCC, and Solvency II – prior FS experience is highly beneficial.
Collaborate closely with the reward and L&D teams to identify gaps, drive capability, and oversee performance cycles.
Own ER casework when it arises – rare, but complex – and work proactively to maintain a strong HR brand with excellent internal credibility.
Contribute to ongoing HR data analysis and input into reports to senior stakeholders, including Group and Board committees.
Experience required
:
5+ years in a senior HRBP or equivalent role, ideally within Financial Services.
Strong understanding of F&P, MCC, Solvency II, and regulated environments.
Strategic mindset with the ability to work at pace and drive initiatives from idea to execution.
Excellent written communication – policy reviews occur quarterly, and you'll be crafting updates for senior stakeholders.
Collaborative, hands-on approach – someone who’s happy to get stuck in but confident working autonomously.
Package
:
€70–75k salary
Bonus
Pension
Wellness allowance
Excellent Healthcare
26 annual leave days + flexi days
Income protection, death in service, and share plan
Hybrid working – typically 2 days/week in the office
Car parking onsite and flexible working hours
Want to be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that values autonomy and innovation?
