Office Administrator 

About the Position

Our client, a company based in Blarney, are looking for a full time Office Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity in a supportive culture and will be based fully onsite. This is a contract until the end of the year with a view to extension, immediate start required. This administration job will suit an organised individual who has excellent computer and customer service skills

Working Hours:
Monday: 9.30am - 5pm 

Tuesday: 9.30am - 6pm 
Additional Cover (when required): 10.30am - 7pm
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering phones to drivers/customers in a professional manner
  • Completing customs reports 
  • Handing out run sheets to drivers in the morning
  • Dealing with packages that requires research from the AM sorts
  • Dealing with customers at our reception counter
  • Dealing with emails/reports

Experience/Requirements

  • One / two years administration experience in a similar role
  • Experienced user of MS Office, Excel and Outlook 
  • Ability to work under pressure and on their own initiative
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent PC literacy and keyboard skills required
  • Fluent written and spoken English

Remuneration Package

17.72 per hour
