Looking for a  Business Development Manager with good knowledge of the wine industry to work for a leading supplier of quality wines into the hospitality industry.  This role will be to cover North Dublin and Dublin city and you will be part of an experienced, dynamic sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and convert new on-trade accounts to grow your territory's sales and market share.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring excellent service and ongoing sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Be the point of contact for clients, resolving issues and offering expert guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Attend regular product training and stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitor activity.

Experience/Requirements

  • Background in on-trade sales and business development, ideally within the wine, beverage, or hospitality industry.
  • A passion for wine is essential; WSET qualifications are a distinct advantage.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and confident in developing new business independently.
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, social media platforms) and a full, clean driver’s license are required.
