Our client is a vibrant property company based in Dunboyne and they are now looking to recruit for a receptionist to join their team

About the Position

This is a receptionist role that requires the successful candidate to have excellent verbal communication skills. Active listening and great customer service skills also are a must. This role require the ability to connect callers and visitors with the right employees, as well as handle basic customer service problems and requests adeptly.

Considering the range of important duties at reception, the candidate must be able to make an immediate impact, has a track record of showing initiative, be willing to collaborate, and possess a balance of experience and potential for advancement.

Key Responsibilities

· Be professional and well presented in representation of the Company
· Answer all telephone calls and transfer as appropriate on a very busy switchboard
· Be able to deal with day-to-day queries effectively
· Meet and greet all visitors in a friendly and professional manner
· Deal with incoming and outgoing post
· Ensure that reception is well presented at all times.
· Inputting emergency contact forms onto database
· Managing and ordering of stationary – ensuring stationary room is kept tidy
· Issuing keys to owners
· Managing kitchen supplies for two departments
· Assist other departments with overflow administrative work, including word processing, data entry when required
· General administration duties as requested

Experience/Requirements

· 2-3 years previous receptionist experience on a busy reception switchboard essential
· Excellent phone manner and administration skills
· Previous experience in dealing with customer complaints
· Excellent organization skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels
· Highly focused and organized individual
· Proficiency in MS Windows and Office are a must with an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint
· Good team player – must enjoy being part of, and actively participating in a team environment
· Excellent attention to detail with an ability to co-ordinate various tasks simultaneously without getting flustered
· Ability to work on own initiative

Remuneration Package

€29000 - €33,000
