Membership Development Executive

Are you a motivated and results-oriented professional with a passion for building relationships and driving growth? I'm looking for a Membership Development Executive to join a dynamic professional body based in Dublin. In this role, you’ll play a key part in expanding the membership base, generating quality leads, enhancing the onboarding journey, and developing strategies to boost member retention and engagement.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment. The position offers a hybrid working model and includes occasional travel to industry events and regional meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and follow up on opportunities to recruit new members and develop a strategy  for expansion through partnerships, events, and industry outreach.
• Identify ways to promote membership value and engage with key industry segments.
• Improve and enhance the new member journey by creating engaging onboarding and early-stage touchpoints and gather feedback to continuously enhance member satisfaction.
• Maintain and update accurate member data in the CRM system
• Assist in organising member-focused events and represent the organisation at industry gatherings, webinars, and regional meetings to build visibility and engagement.

• Minimum 3 years in a similar business development role, with experience in the construction industry an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, paired with interpersonal and networking skills suitable for diverse stakeholder engagement.
  Familiar with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc
  Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects
• This role requires occasional travel so applicants must hold a valid driver's licence and have access to a car.
