HR Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing HR Partnering team in a complex, people-focused organisation that is undergoing growth and transformation. You’ll have both strategic influence and operational oversight, making a tangible impact on how people are supported, developed, and retained.

 

In this role you will:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Partners, ensuring a high-quality, responsive, and consistent service
  • Partner with senior leaders to anticipate workforce needs and align HR initiatives with organisational goals
  • Drive a major Strategic Workforce Planning project, identifying future skills needs, building resource plans, and embedding workforce planning as a core organisational practice
  • Provide strategic and operational input into organisational design and change management initiatives
  • Oversee recruitment for critical and senior roles, ensuring robust selection processes and excellent candidate experience
  • Support leaders in performance management, career development, and talent pipelines to build high-performing teams
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex employee relations matters, promoting constructive resolution and positive engagement
  • Collaborate with centres of excellence to improve systems, processes, and HR analytics, driving a data-led approach to decision-making
  • Lead and contribute to strategic HR projects – from policy development and process improvement to capability-building programmes and culture initiatives

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has significant HR leadership and business partnering experience in a complex environment
  • Can confidently lead teams and inspire collaboration across multiple stakeholders
  • Brings expertise in strategic workforce planning, organisational design, and HR project delivery
  • Combines strategic thinking with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
  • Has the ability to influence, advise, and build trust at all levels
  • Degree in Human Resources or related area is essential
