HR Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing HR Partnering team in a complex, people-focused organisation that is undergoing growth and transformation. You’ll have both strategic influence and operational oversight, making a tangible impact on how people are supported, developed, and retained.
In this role you will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Partners, ensuring a high-quality, responsive, and consistent service
- Partner with senior leaders to anticipate workforce needs and align HR initiatives with organisational goals
- Drive a major Strategic Workforce Planning project, identifying future skills needs, building resource plans, and embedding workforce planning as a core organisational practice
- Provide strategic and operational input into organisational design and change management initiatives
- Oversee recruitment for critical and senior roles, ensuring robust selection processes and excellent candidate experience
- Support leaders in performance management, career development, and talent pipelines to build high-performing teams
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex employee relations matters, promoting constructive resolution and positive engagement
- Collaborate with centres of excellence to improve systems, processes, and HR analytics, driving a data-led approach to decision-making
- Lead and contribute to strategic HR projects – from policy development and process improvement to capability-building programmes and culture initiatives

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has significant HR leadership and business partnering experience in a complex environment
- Can confidently lead teams and inspire collaboration across multiple stakeholders
- Brings expertise in strategic workforce planning, organisational design, and HR project delivery
- Combines strategic thinking with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
- Has the ability to influence, advise, and build trust at all levels
- Degree in Human Resources or related area is essential
