Finance Business Partner
Our client a leading Dublin based Semi-State organisation are seeking an experienced
Finance Business Partner
to join their Finance Business Partnering Team. Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in providing financial support, insight and decision-making expertise to management teams. This role focuses on driving cost efficiency, embedding project finance rigor, and supporting both operational and capital initiatives.
This is initially being offered on a FTC of 6-9 months. Great culture with flexible hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with operational and capital teams to deliver financial advice, analysis and controls.
Lead budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes for assigned areas.
Monitor performance against KPIs, identifying efficiencies and driving cost improvements.
Support investment decisions through robust financial modelling and business case reviews.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory allowances and financial policies.
Contribute to strategic decision making as a member of management teams.
Requirements:
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA or equivalent).
Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance, preferably within utilities, infrastructure or similar industries.
Strong financial modelling, analysis and business partnering skills.
Proven ability to deliver results and influence decision-making.
Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
This is a dynamic role for a highly motivated professional who can bring financial expertise, challenge and support to operational teams, while driving efficiency and value across the business.
