Quantity Surveyor – Construction
You MUST have a full Irish Driving License for this role.

About the Company

Our client, who operate in the construction sector are looking to increase their commercial team with the assistance of a Quantity Surveyor, based in Dublin.

About the Position

Working closely with the commercial director, you will become the central support in providing expertise in the area of quantity surveying for a range a projects across the country.

Experience/Requirements 

Within this role you are will:

• Manage a portfolio of projects from a QS perspective

• Responsible for estimating and costings of works required

• Report to senior directors in project plans and developments.

• Manage materials and procurement for the programs.

• Manage the legal aspects of the contracts.

• Manage pre construction through to completion 

For this role you are required to have:

• 3 years experience in Quantity Surveying

• A related qualification, RISC

• Experience in engineering and construction

• Experience in large scale construction programs.

• Contractor experience ideally

• A full drivers license
