Sales Manager

I’m looking for a passionate and dynamic Sales Manager to work for a leading registered charity with a nationwide presence. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders while also managing a team of three.  

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales activities by developing strategy, building stakeholder relationships, setting targets, and identifying new opportunities across sectors such as education, healthcare, and business.
• Manage the technology team, overseeing performance, holding regular team and supplier meetings, and ensuring alignment with organizational sales goals.
• Track and report key sales metrics, delivering timely performance data and insights to the Director and board.
• Develop promotional materials and campaigns to support product awareness and sales growth.
• Oversee training programs for both staff and clients to ensure effective use and understanding of products

Experience/Requirements

• Sales experience in the non-for-profit /charity sector
• At least  2 years’ experience managing teams.
• Excellent IT skills including all MS Office applications.
• Full clean drivers’ license
