The Opportunity:
They are seeking a highly accomplished HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. This multifaceted role will provide dedicated HR support to local business lines in Dublin, while also carrying global responsibility for the equity team. The successful candidate will partner with various departments, ensuring the strategic alignment and effective implementation of people strategies across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Spearhead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the timely acquisition of high-caliber candidates through rigorous and effective selection methodologies.
Retention Strategies:
Collaborate with line managers to proactively identify and mitigate potential retention risks, fostering a stable and engaged workforce.
Talent Management & Development:
Partner with senior leadership to identify key talent and potential successors, empowering them to cultivate effective relationships and implement targeted development plans.
Learning & Development:
Conduct thorough needs assessments and manage learning initiatives to cultivate a robust talent pipeline and support the career aspirations of our employees.
Employee Relations:
Champion a positive and inclusive work environment, providing expert guidance and support to line managers both within and outside of Dublin, while adhering to local labor laws.
Issue Resolution:
Proactively anticipate and address employee relations matters with expediency and professionalism.
Performance Management:
Oversee the performance appraisal process for designated teams, ensuring its consistent and effective application to drive performance and development.
Compensation & Rewards Partnership:
Collaborate closely with the Compensation and Rewards team to leverage data-driven insights on remuneration and reward trends.
Strategic HR Projects:
Lead and contribute to key HR projects at both local and global levels.
Policy Development & Implementation:
Design and implement HR policies and initiatives that align with the company's strategic objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
A minimum of five years of progressive HR Business Partnering experience within the financial services or asset management industry is essential.
Proven experience working within an international, matrixed organizational structure is a prerequisite.
Fluency in French would be a significant advantage.
A relevant third-level qualification is required.
Demonstrated project management experience.
Remuneration Package:
An attractive compensation package ranging from €70,000 to €85,000 is offered, complemented by a comprehensive suite of benefits including healthcare, pension contributions, performance-related bonus, life assurance, gym membership, and more.
