Support project teams throughout solution delivery, including technical analysts, testers, project managers, and business stakeholders.

Assist with post-implementation and training activities as required.

Take an active interest in Digital Solutions initiatives, including SEO, social media, and digital advertising campaigns, with the aim of enhancing the effectiveness of digital outputs.

Proven experience in a business analyst or product owner role.

Demonstrated ability to lead workshops, manage stakeholders, document requirements, and produce supporting materials (wireframes, user stories, process flows).

Skilled in contributing to and reviewing test scripts and technical specifications.

Capable of supporting business analysts, testers, and developers across the project lifecycle.

Experience working on large, complex, cross-functional projects, including coordination with external vendors and remote team members.

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in life insurance, with a strong understanding of life products, sales and administration processes, and regulatory requirements.

Exceptional attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new methodologies and adapt to dynamic environments.
