About the Position
They are looking for a talented Project Manager experienced in Risk Data Aggregation and Risk Reporting to be responsible for the planning, coordinating, and delivery of a number of projects, requiring engagement from multiple teams and stakeholder groups.
This role is pivotal in supporting the delivery of strategic regulatory data initiatives, including those aligned with BCBS 239 and data governance frameworks. The successful candidate will manage and facilitate workshops, align cross-functional stakeholders, and drive the successful execution of early-stage discovery and delivery projects.
Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Stakeholder Management

Lead and manage project activities, ensuring successful execution against timelines, scope, and quality.

Engage and manage stakeholders across business and technology teams to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.

Organize and facilitate structured workshops, working sessions, and steering meetings, capturing outcomes and tracking actions.

Develop detailed project documentation including meeting notes, action logs, status reports, RAID logs, and delivery roadmaps.

Track project milestones, dependencies, risks and issues; escalate blockers and implement mitigating actions proactively.
Requirements Gathering & Analysis

Support early-stage and discovery initiatives by translating business needs into structured project deliverables.

Collaborate with data governance, architecture, and development teams to document and clarify requirements.

Contribute to the definition of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and iterative delivery plans for regulatory and data initiatives.
Communication & Collaboration

Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders, reporting status, risks, and dependencies.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between data analysts, developers, and compliance officers.

Help promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and knowledge sharing across project teams.
Experience/Requirements

Proven experience in project management, particularly in enterprise or regulatory environments.

Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus.

Demonstrated ability to run workshops, capture outputs, and manage follow-up actions across multidisciplinary teams.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and collaboration capabilities.
Desirable / Advantageous Skills

Experience managing early-stage or discovery phase projects with evolving scope and requirements.

Exposure to data governance, data lineage, or BCBS 239 regulatory frameworks.

Familiarity with enterprise data initiatives or financial services regulation is a strong advantage.

Working knowledge of project tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent.
Remuneration Package
A competitive daily rate along with high possibility of extension.
