Pensions Account Manager

This is the chance to work with a market leader in the life & pensions space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the onboarding process for new group pension schemes

  • Manage, retain, and grow a portfolio of existing clients through investment reviews, increasing member participation, cross-selling products, and building long-term relationships to drive repeat sales and referrals

  • Oversee and coordinate multiple projects supporting the acquisition, implementation, and transition of defined contribution (DC) scheme member records and related assets

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, coordinated client service by proactively collaborating with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, and other service units to identify opportunities and address potential issues


Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of six years’ experience in a business environment, with a focus on  employee benefits management
  • QFA qualified or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage proactively with corporate clients and employee benefit stakeholders

  • Excellent presentation, organizational, influencing, and planning abilities

  • Proven experience in engaging with and influencing industry bodies
