Responsibilities

• This is a senior-level position requiring strong knowledge of corporate pensions.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership across the corporate client portfolio.
• Build and manage strong relationships with existing corporate customers to support business growth.
• Design and implement an operational model focused on the development of corporate employer customer relationships.
• Lead and support a team of Corporate Customer Relationship Managers to achieve service and retention goals.

• Deep understanding of both current and potential corporate customer segments.
• QFA qualification or equivalent
• Proven experience working with large indigenous and multinational employers.
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of identifying and delivering cross-selling opportunities.

Remuneration Package €85,000-€95,000 plus bonus, commission, pension and hybrid working.
