I have been  retained by an Energy organisation to expand their Legal Procurement  & Supply Chain department
About the Position
Reporting into the Head of the Department. As the procurement & supply lawyer, you will be responsible for the drafting and negotiating global technology, commercial and procurement agreements.
Key Responsibilities

Reviewing, drafting, structuring, and negotiating a variety of complex commercial and procurement agreements, including inbound and outbound technology licenses, master services agreements, marketing agreements, and OEM/procurement agreements in EMEA
Transactional Documentation
Legal advice
Projects
Experience/Requirements
Qualified Irish Solicitor or a solicitor with equivalent qualification in another jurisdiction
