6 Month Daily Rate Contract (hybrid role) Dublin, 3 Days per week on site

Our client is a leading financial services company based in South Dublin.
About the Position
We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to manage one or more Scrum teams focused on regulatory mandatory deliverables. You will help optimize delivery, ensure agile practices are followed, and provide guidance to both business and technical teams. You will join a team delivering strategic technology solutions and day-to-day support for business users, working closely with global technology colleagues in multiple locations including Europe, North America, and Asia.
Key Responsibilities

Optimize the flow of work and value delivery across multiple Scrum teams in the EMEA region.

Facilitate and coordinate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and planning sessions.

Collaborate with business users and development teams to deliver best-in-class finance and risk management solutions.

Manage key agile artifacts, including dashboards, capacity planning, and quarterly roadmaps.

Provide agile mentorship and guidance to the wider technology team.
Experience/Requirements

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP).

Proven ability to lead and influence teams in adopting Agile principles and ensuring proper use of Scrum processes.

Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with work management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
