Medical Administration
What made you think about a career in recruitment?
I am an outgoing and driven person and really enjoy interacting with people so I think recruitment is a perfect fit for me
What was the process like?
It was a long journey to get my first placement! But the feeling of excitement and accomplishment at the end makes it all worthwhile
What skills do you think have helped you most as a recruitment consultant?
My listening skills and ability to calm individuals in a stressful situation such as just before an interview
Now having worked as recruitment consultant, how does the role differ from what you expected?
I didn’t expect it to be as fast paced as it is, candidates and jobs come on and off the market at the speed of light!
