Front of House Administrator

About the Position

We are seeking a friendly and organised individual to join our clients' team as a Front Desk Administrator. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join a lovely office and work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Providing general administrative support as needed
  • Office Coordination
  • Responsible for Office Supplies

Experience/Requirements

  • Experience in an administrative or reception role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • A positive and can-do attitude

Other Information:

  • Position: Temporary, Full-Time
  • Start Date: April 2025
  • Duration: 8 months, view for extension
  • Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (1 hour unpaid break) / 35h per week
  • Pay Rate: €14 - €17.00 per hour
